Accessing Your Accounts Online

Pershing

Please call RIS at 734-769-7727 to register for online access to your Pershing accounts. We will e-mail or FAX you personalized instructions.

Please note: If you login unsuccessfully 3 times in a row, you will be locked out of your account and will need to call RIS to reset it.

For a demo of the online options in your Pershing account and an explanation of the page details, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the NetExchange Investor web site.
  2. Click on "Take a tour of NetExchange Investor".

SEI

Please call RIS at 734-769-7727 to register for online access to your SEI accounts. We will e-mail or FAX you personalized instructions.

TIAA-CREF

To register for access to your TIAA-CREF Account online, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the TIAA-CREF Web Center.
  2. Click on "Sign up for access".
  3. Follow TIAA-CREF's simple instructions to create your login ID and password.

Fidelity

To register for access to your Fidelity Account online, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Fidelity netBenefits web site.
  2. Click on "New User Registration".
  3. Follow Fidelity's simple instructions to create your login ID and password.
